I'm trying to access your rebate webpage but the message that appears tells me that "the requested page could not be found." Is there a better time to access the page? I just had my eye exam done today and the rebate is effective up to 90 days after my exam. Thanks!

Neither Proclear Sphere nor Proclear Toric are available as options on the rebate form under the drop-down menu for 'product selected'. What should I choose?

Hi Lori, are you trying to enter Proclear Sphere and Proclear Toric as a combo? We do not offer a combo rebate on these products, so Proclear Sphere and Proclear Toric are not available under the drop-down menu for "product selected" when a combo rebate is selected. We are unable to reproduce the error you're experiencing. Please email us directly at blogadmin@coopervision.com with the steps you're taking and we will help you submit your rebate. Thank you.

My daughter is new to contacts... We just got her RX, but we would like to buy the contacts online. Are we able to get a rebate? Or do we only get a rebate if we purchase the lens from her optometrist?

Hi Marissa, the CooperVision rebate program requires that all purchases be made within 90 days of the eye exam and that all receipts must be from the same prescribing practitioner or affiliated location. For more information on our rebate program, please visit www.coopervision.com/rebates.
